    MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

    Mak Madadi, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD

    Mak has been an APICS certified instructor for 15 years and 30 years of experience with expertise in the following aspects: supply chain management, systems implementation, global sourcing, supplier managed inventory, system transition, product rationalization, logistics, inventory management, ERP, and, manufacturing engineering/industrial engineering management. He is certified by APICS in CPIM, CSCP and CLTD and taught Operations Management, Quality Management and Logistics courses at Community colleges. His previous work experience includes companies such as 3M Canada, General Binding Corporation, Magnetek, I2 Technologies, and currently Raytheon Company

    Vince Mozik, CPIM, CSCP, PMP, MBA

    Vince Mozik is the VP of Education for the APICS North Texas Chapter and Certified APICS Instructor for CPIM and CSCP since 2017 and an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at Dallas since 2018. He holds over 15 years of Fortune 500 supply chain experience across 5 industries ranging from the petroleum, automotive, industrial, electronics, and aerospace sectors. Vince experience include supply chain leadership positions at Boeing Global Services, Parker Hannifin, American Axle, Jabil Circuit, General Electric, Mitsubishi Motors, and Marathon Oil. Vince holds an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy and a BBA from Western Michigan University in Integrated Supply Matrix Management.

    Charles Early, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, SCOR-P

    Charles is currently a certified APICS certified instructor in CPIM, CSCP, and CLTD and the Head of Supply Chain Governance at Ericsson with a demonstrated experience as a supply chain leader focused on the information technology and services industry. Charles is skilled in business processes, strategic sourcing, business support system (BSS), management, and outsourcing. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (B.S.E.T.) focused in mechanical/structural engineering/mechanical technology/technician from The University of Memphis. Charles was the previous VP of Education for the APICS North Texas Chapter and an active board member for years.

    Terry Egan, MBA, CPIM

    Terry is a Certified APICS CPIM instructor and Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is experienced supply chain professional with expertise in inventory management, vendor management, distribution operations, manufacturing planning, contracts negotiation and global strategic sourcing. He has held leadership roles at Motorola, Verizon, Neiman Marcus, and Nokia. He is a recognized CPIM instructor and has taught courses at local manufacturing companies and universities. Terry received his BS from DePaul University in Operations Management and an MBA in Management from Abilene Christian University.

    Jim Hogan, MBA, CPSM, CPM, CPIM

    Jim is a Certified APICS Instructor in CPIM and past Senior Director of Procurement for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Jim has 30 years of experience in purchasing, operations, manufacturing, materials, contracts, project management, supplier and customer relationship management and government purchasing. He has previously held a number of management and leadership positions at Steelcase, Applied Materials, Brooks Instrument, Carrier, Trane and General Electric. Jim is a six sigma green belt an accomplished CPIM instructor and currently teaches Purchasing and Sourcing Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He received his BS in Engineering Operations from Iowa State University and MBA in Production and Operations Management from the University of Texas at Tyler.

    Michelle Reilly Wright, BS, MBA, CSCP

    Michelle has over 36 years of IT / Supply Chain experience. She started her career in 1982 as a member of E I DuPont’s Information Systems Department Field Program. After a series of management training assignments, Michelle landed in DuPont Fibers where she managed several IT teams and provided internal consulting services to the Fibers’ business. In 2019, she volunteered as a Career Success Coach for Supply Chain Management jobseekers, helped out with the logistics classes at Garland’s Career Technology Center and spent two weeks in September attending college fairs at many DFW Metroplex high schools. In August, she passed the certification exam to become a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). She gained her Train the Trainer certificate in October 2019.
